Vision Production
At Equip Multimedia we have a large array of vision production equipment to ensure you are projecting a clear image no matter the stage or scale. Our state-of-the art Black Magic Video Production cameras deliver a real-time image from stage to screen, ensuring your audience doesn’t miss any of the on-stage action. We are also able to provide up to 12 metres of LED panel and Sony 65-inch televisions. We cater for small boardroom events and seminars to large entertainment centre functions and charity gala balls in Newcastle and the Hunter Valley. Lighting Production Newcastle
Equip Multimedia believes that the correct use of lighting can be used to convey the most powerful of emotions. Whether you are looking to complement or enhance your stage through subtle background lighting production or overt lighting effects, you can be confident that your audience will be suitably impressed.
We offer a range of state-of-the-art lighting, including moving head profiles, washes and beams to provide flexibility and creativity in your lighting. We also have fog and haze atmosphere effects to transform your event and set your desired mood.

Staging Production & Drapping
At Equip Multimedia we believe in transforming any space into a stage. From boardrooms to empty warehouses or events set amongst the vineyards, we have a wide selection of staging production and platforms including MegaDeck and Global Truss products, which we can configure to suit your space. Our technicians will deliver, set up and dismantle all staging to comply with Australian OH&S.
Our velveteen drapes come in a range of colours and can be positioned to suit your space and desired aesthetic. We also have a state-of-the art drape reveal system, Electro Kabuki, which allows you to attach up to 50kgs to the mechanism for a dramatic drop effect.
